Peter Madana is a recording engineer,[1] DJ, record producer,[2] and songwriter based in Los Angeles, CA.[3][4][5] He primarily produces Hip-Hop, R&B, Pop, and fusion music. Madana’s style is eclectic, using heavy bass & percussive instruments – that blend with traditional/ classical instruments across the world.[6] He has worked with well known artists like A. R. Rahman, Lil Jon, Snoop Dogg, RedOne, Ludacris, Dj Flipside, Jay Sean, Manj Musik, Jasmine Kara, Zack Knight and many others.[6][7][8][9]
Early Life
Based in Hyderabad, and raised in Chicago, Madana’s early life consisted of Indian classical music dance and music[10]. Peter studied audio engineering from DePaul University and The Art Institute of California – San Diego.[11]
