Found in 2014 by Theodore Scott, PharmaCann is an American cannabis company headquartered in the state of Illinois, with operations spanning several states. PharmaCann is one of the largest cannabis suppliers in the United States, providing both Medical and Recreational cannabis products in accordance with state's laws and policies.[1][2]
In October of 2018, MedMen CEO Adam Bierman announced on Jim Cramer program “Mad Money”, the MedMen acquisition of PharmaCann for $682 million, which was the largest marijuana related acquisition in U.S. history.[3]
