Jushi Holdings Inc. has made several acquisitions in the cannabis industry. In July 2019, Jushi purchased Pennsylvania-based Franklin Bioscience and its subsidiaries also acquiring licenses for 12 medical marijuana dispensaries in Pennsylvania.[15] In December 2020, the company completed the acquisition of Dalitso LLC ("Dalitso"), a Virginia-based pharmaceutical processor for medical cannabis with permits to cultivate and process medical cannabis, and to dispense and deliver CBD oil and THC-A oil extracts in Virginia. In May, 2021, Jushi added a 93,000 sq. ft. Dalitso facility for $22 million.[16][17]
