Pierluigi Alessandri (Savignano sul Rubicone, Province of Forlì-Cesena, 18 September 1965) is the Vice-President of Technogym since the company was founded in 1983.[2] He is an Italian entrepreneur that co-founded Technogym with his brother Nerio Alessandri and is responsible for developing the company’s industrial and real estate activities. Since 1986 he has been a member of Technogym’s Board of Directors.[3]
Biography[edit]
He has been the sole director of TGB S.r.l. (formerly known as Technogym Building S.r.l.), and in this position, since 2000, he has supervised and finalized the Technogym Village creation project[4], the wellness campus in Cesena (that includes Technogym’s headquarters), the factory and a wellness area dedicated to clients and sector operators from all over the world.[5] In 2006 he also managed the start-up and completion of works for the Technogym Group production plant in Slovakia.[6]
He is the current Vice-President of 'Confindustria Romagna' with responsibility for internationalisation.[7]
He is married to Monica Orioli and has a daughter, Lucia Alessandri.[8]
