Pierre Mantha

Pierre Mantha (born Feb 28, 1965) is a Canadian businessman, investor, and entrepreneur. Mantha is the owner of three Hino Canada Dealerships and a Distillerie in Gatineau Québec Canada.

Overview[edit]

Mantha purchased his first HINO Canada Dealership in November 2004, his second in December 2011 and 3rd in February 2014.[1][2]

In 2015, he launched a 6 million dollar project Artist In Residence Distillerie. Artist In Residence Distillery's first liquor, Waxwing Gin Bohemian, made its debut in June 2018. This gin is also the first product distributed in Colombia, followed by Vodkalumière and Mayhaven Ginger Liquor. He began distribution in Colombia in August 2019.[3][4]

The Ontario Canada Distillerie project is also a 6 million dollar project starting fall 2020. The current facility is one of the largest in Canada with a production capacity of 1 million bottles of spirits/year and 15 million cans/per year.[5][6]

In 2020 Moisson Outaouais partnered with Mantha in order to promote the organization to the Outaouais business community.[7]

Mantha was awarded Personality of the year in 2019 at the Gatineau Chamber of Commerce.[8]
