Bukar Mai Saleh (born September 24, 2002), popularly known as PlayBoy Bkc, is a Nigerian singer, songwriter and record producer who hails from the Northern part of Nigeria, Yobe State, Damagum. [1][2][3][4][5]
He started his musical career at University of Maiduguri,[6] Borno state at a very tender age and his style of music has been highly influenced by the ever growing Afrobeat standard in Nigeria.
PlayBoy Bkc rose to fame after releasing his second single ‘Give Me Chance’. In 2019, PlayBoy Bkc received the Northern Best Awards (NBA) as the Best ARTISTE Of The Year and became the first to perform live at the awards. The following year, he became the first Nigeria-based Artist to receive the NORTHAHEAD Awards on its main stage.

Early life
PlayBoy Bkc was born in Damagum, Yobe State, Nigeria where he obtained his JSCE in Federal Government College, Buni-Yadi, Yobe State and SSCE from Dolphin Maria College, Bauchi, he is currently studying B.Sc. Computer Science at Yobe State University, [9]Damaturu Nigeria.
In 2019, PlayBoy Bkc released a song titled "Give me chance" [10] which earned him artistic recognition in Nigeria.
