PLEXUSS, Inc. is an education technology company based in Walnut Creek, California. It provides college planning services including college admissions advising and online tutoring services to students as well as strategic enrollment management services to colleges and universities. The company was launched in 2015.[1]. The Company won support and recognition from a Seattle, Washington accelerator run by Microsoft Ventures and was the first company involved in higher education to do so.[2]

As of October 2019, the company reported over 6 million student users.[3]

In November 2015, PLEXUSS was founded by JP Novin.

In 2018, PLEXUSS was recognized by Seattle-based Microsoft Ventures for its machine-learning technology in higher education.[4]

In 2019, the company launched MyCounselor, a virtual college-counseling service available to high school students at no charge.[5]

In 2020, PLEXUSS launched PLEXUSS Prime, a paid subscription service that includes "unlimited" college admissions advising, online tutoring, and student coaching support services.[6]

Students PLEXUSS provides students with college planning, research, networking, and basic college counseling services at no charge.[8] The company also offers a paid subscription service for $ 9.95 which includes "unlimited" personal coaching, online tutoring, test prep, and colleges admission advising services as part of its PLEXUSS Prime offering.[9]
