Early life
Polo Mann is an artist from Chattanooga,Tennessee and was raised on McDowell, a street in Chattanooga. He started making music at the age of 17. Growing up with a mother struggling financially and a father who was barely present, Polo Mann turned to music in order to help him and his family. While experiencing those struggles of being a victem of bully at school and his mother becoming victim of domestic violence at home and hard times he would write music as a way to express his pain. At the age of 17, during his freshman year in high school. He dropped out to dedicate his time to developing his music career. As his dedication to music grew he started to develop a mental health condition.
Career
2008–2013
At the age of 17 Polo Mann started releasing music on myspace and even created a group with his younger brother “Calvin Rich”. called Dem Kool Out Boyz, Polo Mann released his very first YouTube video “Crank Dat Elmo”. following the very populer dance trend at the time. That same year Dem KoolOut Boyz, released thier very first underground mixtape ‘’’’’I Need My Egg Money’’’’ and in January of 2013. They wen’t solo.
2016–2024
Polo Mann released his very first official mixtape called (25), to celebrate his 25th birthday. Under the artist name “Boss Man Bandz”. and gained some what reconition and respect in the industry. and later signed with Broadcast Music, Inc. 2017 he had his third severe psychotic mental breakdown. due to severe psychotic mental breakdowns. The artist was constitly changing his artist name up till 2024. When he got on better medication and started reading self help books. Gaining more knowledge on business and spirituality.
2024, Polo Mann went't #1 on the charts in his hometown, in Chattanooga,TN on June 17, 2024. with his younger brother "Calvin Rich", according to ReverbNation. Polo Mann wrote his first book called “Blood Sweat And Tears” and later that year. started to get traction with the name Polo Mann. And released his first official debute album “Alpha Wolf”.
2025-2026
2025, he wrote his second book “Alpha Wolf & Cub Academy. and released multiple albums and mixtapes. He even signed himself and started his own record label “Loyal Forever Records” because he has said. He is loyal for all eternity. Polo Mann has spent multiple times locked up, in a mental health rehab center. due to severe psychotic mental breakdowns. doing time in the late 2000s and 2017, and then later released.

Polo Mann grew up listening to many down south rappers which molds his musical style. He was heavily influenced as a teenager and adult by rappers Gucci Mane Soulja Boy Drake Rick Ross. He was motivated by their work ethic, their love for music, and the impact they had in music.
