Pourya Medhati (Persian: پوریا مدحتی‎; born in 1995 in Tehran, Iran) is an Iranian MD and film producer living in the USA.

Biography[edit]

Dr. Pourya Medhati is a native of Iran and was educated there. He received his Medical doctor degree from Shiraz University of Medical Sciences[2] in 2021.[3][circular reference][4] Pourya's extreme interest in the cinema world has attracted him to produce films while he is continuing his education in a completely different field which is medicine. He just co-produced his first feature, "Endless?" in Iran. The director of "Endless?" is Maryam Zahirimehr. His first long-length production was so successful in different festivals all over the world. Currently, he is focusing on his second feature film which is in the post-production process.[5]

Currently, he is working as a medical researcher in the field of medicine at the University of Massachusetts Medical School.[6] He has a Research Gate profile with 2 publications and 18 reads.[7] [8]
