Prasad Lokam (born 1968) is the CEO and President of Miracle Software Systems Inc (MSS), a leading global IT solutions and consulting firm.[1][2] He worked in several MNC's and in late 1994, Successfully established Miracle Software Systems Inc.[3] Born in 1968, Prasad is one of the Valuable CEO at Miracle Software Systems Inc.[4]

He completed his 11th and 12th in V.S Krishna College, Visakhapatnam. He went on to complete his Computer Science degree from the Andhra University, Visakhapatnam, in Andhra Pradesh, India in 1989. He obtained a Masters Degree in Computer Science from Kent State University. Joining Tata Consultancy Services in 2001 as Software Engineer as his first career and later joined Ford Motor Company in April 1992 as a Software Engineer, He then started his own company Miracle Software Systems Inc in the year of 1994 who elevated as the CEO and President.

Prasad Lokam was born in Visakhapatnam in Andhra Pradesh. He lived in Vizag till his 12th standard. Now he resides in United States with his wife and son. Prasad likes to go for long walks, Interact with his Employees and spend time, he loves reading and watching movies.
He started Miracle Software Systems Inc, in 1994 Headquartered at MI,United States. He was mostly involved in Cognitive, BOT, Process Automation(RPA, BOT, DL, BPM, SOA , EAI, B2B), Data Transformation, Enterprise Transformation enabled by BPM, Process Improvements around SAP Applications, Web 3.0, Ux(Angular/Ionic/Others), Business Rules Management(BRM) and E-Commerce(Hybris, WCS), SaaS Application Integration(Cloud Integration)in the design, structure and implementation of the new organisational structure and operating model of the company. He has also worked hard to maintain corporate work balance and officially also had Global presence in Canada, UK, Singapore, India since 1996.[5]
He has played a key role in helping MSS become a $100 Million global company.[6][7][8][9][10] With over 2900 employees, MSS is amongst the largest private sector employers globally and with the highest retention rate in a competitive industry. Under Prasad’s leadership, the market capitalisation of the company crossed $100 Million till December 2018, making MSS the most valuable company in India. MSS was recognised as the fastest growing brand in the IT industry for 2018 in Andhra Pradesh and it was listed among Top 500 Asian owned Business Companies in United States in the year of 2010.[11]
Prior to his role as Chief Executive Officer, Prasad Lokam was the President. In this role, he was responsible for the Innovative Technologies of the company’s individual operating units, the world’s leading brand valuation firm.[12]
