Preliator
The Preliator (Latin: Warriors, Hosanna meus... ) is a song used by the Templars.[1]The 6th Century is dated. Its author was most likely the French Missionary Johann of Clouriouse. [2] In 1123, however, Hugo de Payens used this song as the Hymn of his Order.[3] In 1445 the song was banned; in 1945 it became a liturgical hymn. [citation needed]
