Pretzel sticks, also Salty sticks (German: Salzstange, Polish: Paluszki), popular in Central Europe type of pretzel in form of long, thin breadsticks made of yeast dough, mostly sprinkled with salt (also sesame or poppy seeds) and baked to a light brown color. They are often eaten as pub snack with wine and beer.
