Prince Liam of Nassau

Prince Liam of Nassau (Liam Henri Hartmut; born 28 November 2016) is a Luxembourgish prince and the youngest child of Prince Félix and Princess Claire of Luxembourg. He is the third grandson and fourth grandchild of Grand Duke Henri and Grand Duchess Maria Teresa. He is currently in fifth place in the line of succession, behind his paternal uncle Hereditary Grand Duke Guillaume, his cousin Prince Charles, his father, and his sister, Princess Amalia.

Birth and baptism[edit]

Prince Liam was born on 28 November 2016 at Beaulieu General Clinic in Geneva, Switzerland. On 6 December 2016, Prince Félix, Princess Claire, and the Grand Duke and Grand Duchess released new photos of Prince Félix and Princess Claire's two children and announced the newborn's name, title, and style: His Royal Highness Prince Liam Henri Hartmut of Nassau, Prince of Bourbon-Parma.[1][2]

Prince Liam was baptized on 22 April 2017 in the Chapel of the Choir, St. Peter's Basilica in the Vatican City. His godparents are his paternal uncle Prince Sébastien of Luxembourg and Anna-Maria Pamin, a friend of his mother.
