The Privacy + Security Academy[1] (PSA) is a professional organization that brings together thought leaders in privacy and security at conferences in Washington, DC. Participants immerse themselves in existing and emerging privacy and security topics over the course of three-day events. The Privacy + Security Academy provides interactive online information privacy law courses.

History[edit]

The Privacy + Security Academy was founded in 2014 by Professor Daniel Solove[2] and Professor Paul Schwartz[3] . Initially, it hosted two annual conferences. Now in addition to these two conferences, it is providing educational and professional development services, such as information privacy law online courses.[4], professional certifications, and two annual conferences[1]

Privacy and Security Conferences[edit]

The Privacy + Security Academy hosts two annual conferences in Washington, DC. A recent focus of these events has been the European Union's GDPR[5] and California's CCPA[6]. The conference welcomes seasoned privacy and security professionals.

Information Privacy Law Online Courses[edit]
