Pull Caffe Wood Roasted Coffee Roasters is an American coffee roastery, bakery, and espresso machine manufacturer based in Yacolt, Washington. It is part of Millars LLC, the holdings company.

History[edit]

Todd Millar, and his wife Mary have been in the coffee business since 1989 in Seattle, they have imported espresso machines with carts and resold them. Eventually they moved to the Portland metropolitan area to continue business. In 2016 they then started manufacturing their own espresso machines for a limited time, and roasting their own coffee under the name of "Millars".[1]

In 2016, Todd imported the oldest verified coffee roaster in history from Serbia. Todd, with the help of his friend Don Griswold, refurbished the roaster, changed their name of their coffee brand to "Pull Caffe", and have been using the roaster for their coffee ever since.[2]

They also started a bakery in 2021 and sell sourdough bread using a stone-fire oven that Todd built himself.[3]

In 2020, during the COVID-19 pandemic, they introduced a "cabin", located at the roastery, where customers can purchase fresh cans of coffee using cash as payment, and with virtually no employees present.[4]
