Pure Broadband is an Internet service provider (ISP) based in Kingston Upon Hull, England[1] by Adrian Bolster and Alan Cheshire.[2] Pure Broadband was one of the first ISPs to compete against the KCOM monopoly[3] in the Kingston Upon Hull area. After initially starting out as a provider of an alternative wireless network via WIMAX links in the region, they have recently started to provide full fibre broadband.[4]
In 2021 Pure Broadband experienced huge growth and aimed to double its existing growth. Pure Broadband also acquired some high profile players in the Hull Telecommunications space including Tony Jopling who previously worked for KCOM. [5] and Sally Kirkwood who moved to Pure Broadband after 12 years at KCOM. [6]
