Qarar Ezala is an independent Progressive Rock act that is influenced by oriental fusion music. The band was formed in October 2012 by vocalist Yassin Mahgoub and the band since then had went through many lineup changes. The band's lyrical themes deal with socio-economic issues in the Arab world. The band's musical identity is a fusion between modern progressive rock and oriental music which is served along with a fiery performance.[1][2][3][4]

The band's first major performance was at the "Red Bull Bedroom Jam" and the band got critical acclaim as a result which led to them releasing three original singleswhich gained a lot of success. This led to turning the single "Ana El-Kafir". The song dealt with Islamic Fundamentalism in the Middle east.[5][6][7][8][9][10][11][12][13]

The band played more 60 shows and joined numerous festivals in Egypt and abroad. As well as numerous TV/Radio appearances on NRJ,MBC, CBC, Rotana, Channel 1, BBC, Nogoum FM .[14][15][16][17][18][19]

Qarar Ezala on 2017 released their first full-length LP Door Mal'oub[20][21][22]
