Qingen Xu
Qingen Xu (Chinese: 徐勤根) is a Chinese financial adviser and political activist,[1][2] most well known [according to whom?] on the app TikTok for his attempts to bring democracy to China[3] and for being a so-called "human high-quality man" on various Chinese social media apps.[4][5] He was banned from his home country in 2021 for being against the ruling communist government and wanting to become the democratically elected president of China.[2]
