Zhou Jinfeng (born May 19th, 1962) is the Secretary-General of China Biodiversity Conservation and Green Development Foundation CBCGDF. He is the Executive Committee Member of the Club of Rome[1] and the vice Chairman of World Green Design Organization. He is also a Co-Director of Center of the Ecological Civilization which belongs to Peking University,[2] Board Member of the Strong Universal Network, one of the creators of China's famous Guangcai (Glory) program [3] which integrated the expertise, and efforts of the government, NGOs and private enterprises in creating sustainable businesses in the poorest areas of China.
