Dawn & Reign of X[edit]
As part of the first Quiet Council, three laws of had been established: 1) Make more mutants; 2) Murder no man; 3) Respect the sacred land of Krakoa. To determine the fate of Sabretooth, the council sentenced him to permanent stasis and exile beneath Krakoa. After the end of the meeting, they joined the celebrations for the recognition of Krakoa as a sovereign state by United Nations.
The Council also led the successful reformation of X-Factor, Hellions, X-Force and S.W.O.R.D..
The council decided not to resurrect many individuals including Madelyne Pryor because of not considered separate individuals due to being clones. This decision was overturned after the Five's petition and the death and unsanctioned resurrection of Wolverine's clone Gabby Kinney.
Following Saturnyne's Tournaments of Swords, Apocalypse left the Council after exchanging himself with Arakko be with his family. Marvel Girl also resigned from the Council to co-lead the X-Men, needed to act without hindrance of council's politics.
After receiving support from the Great Ring of Arakko, the Council offered three of its members; Exodus, Magneto, Storm to aid mutants in moving Arakko to Mars by terraforming it.
Immortal X-Men[edit]
After Black Priestess was outvoted by Hope Summers to take Magneto's seat, she to transform the External Gate into a giant monster. Quiet Council successfully managed to kill Black Priestess, defeating the monster.[10]
Destiny foresaw the upcoming war between the Avengers, X-Men, and Eternals and informed the council. While White Queen informed them about Doctor Statis, Mister Sinister's clone claiming to be the real Sinister. This caused Nathaniel Essex to flee only to be captured briefly by Eternals.[11]
Eternals attacked Quiet Council's telepath by the Uni-Mind which allows the Eternal fleets to assault the Krakoans. Eternals were being eventually retreated from battle by Progenitor, who addressed that people of Earth will be judged. Only Red Queen and Exodus are judged positively while others were not judged or received receive negative judgment.
