Quim Garrigolas (born July 16, 2000) is an Spanish talent manager. Garrigolas is the owner and co-founder of AgeWorld Agency..[1][2], managing spanish-speaking internet personalities focused on gaming, mainly Minecraft creators such as Trolerotutos[3] and Sparta356[4]
Early life[edit]
Garrigolas grew up in Girona, Spain and from an early age, he generated a great interest in Youtube and content creation. Garrigolas attended Open University of Catalonia to study Marketing and Market Research which he droped out after a few months to focus on his career.
Career[edit]
Garrigolas started his career at a young age working as a Partner Manager of ScaleLab, LLC[5], a Multi-channel network from Los Angeles, USA. He worked on content strategy and sponsors for his content creators[6]. After a few years, he left the job and with a friend and colleague started his own talent management company, AgeWorld. AgeWorld is focused on Influencer Marketing, managing a roster of Internet celebrities[7] Garrigolas created, along with his brother Paulino, Guatemala's first content creators awards ceremony, Chapin Awards[8][9][10][11] , which is held in Antigua Guatemala, bringing together the country's leading internet celebrities and media press.

Quim Garrigolas[12] is well known in Guatemala for appearing in his brother PaulinoG's[13]. videos. Paulino Garrigolas is a well-known content creator about Guatemala[14] The two visited the country together in May 2022[15], invited by Instituto Guatemalteco de Turismo (INGUAT) to promote the country.
