John Clarence Velasco (born March 31, 2004), also known as Clarence or RENXE, is a Filipino actor, singer, songwriter, website interior designer, blogger, and YouTube content creator.[1] Clarence is also an article creator in Google Scholar[2]. He also contributed citations and provided information to this book which, according to him, expands his knowledge as an editor[3].
Biography
Velasco began editing blogs and websites in 2014. According to him, it also expands his knowledge and typing ability to improve it.
Personal Life
Velasco is currently entering fashion modeling with his affiliate Vince Velasco and pursuing a music career.[4]
Early Life
Velasco began his career as a print ad model for beauty products and did freelance modeling jobs. He first appeared as an actor in the GMA afternoon drama show Ikaw Sa Puso Ko as Makoy. Unknown took him under their wing as a manager and he became a freelancer for a while, working for both networks, ABS-CBN and GMA Network. In 2019, he was seen on the Kapamilya station (ABS-CBN) and became a part of the Saturday Barkada show Let's Go as Pipoy, the crush ng bayan. He was paired with most of the guys in the show. Alex Gonzaga, Eda Nolan, Joem Bascon and Mikel Campos are graduates of the said show. Velasco was also creating a journal which some writers included his name in some credits[5].
The year 2007 was a year of many triumphs for Filipino performers including Clarence in various international competitions[6]. To celebrate these victories, the Cultural Center of the Philippines (CCP) gathered the winners—silang mga nagwagi—and brought them together for a memorable performance under the musical direction of Ryan Cayabyab[7].
