Company History[edit]
RMSI was incubated in 1991, by three Stanford graduates, as a joint venture company based out of India. In the year 2011, RMSI’s growth strategy and brand equity motivated the management to take ownership of the organization. RMSI demerged with its U.S based parent company, RMS Inc.,USA, and went on to become an independent management owned multinational. Following the demerger, the company retained its brand, corporate identity, quality accreditions, and certifications.
