Rab "Baloo" Truesdale born March 19, 1986, is a Scottish professional mixed martial artist who most recently competed in the Heavyweight division of EMC 7 - Elite MMA Championship. A professional competitor since 2011, he has also competed for Bamma, he is a pro karate fighter with a host of medals to his name.

Mixed martial arts career[edit]

Early career[edit]

Rab Truesdale started his martial arts career with Shotokan karate competing in 1999 and 2000 winning gold, Rab would later train under the tutilage of the late Josh Gavin Judo world champion at his MMA Dojo Hostile Territory in sauchie scotland here Rab would learn the skills needed to compete at the highest level within European MMA competing in some of the top tournaments such as On top, BAMMA, EFC, and Made 4 the Cage. He was the first ever scottish athlete to compete at ProFC Sterlitamak, he is the only UK athlete to compete professionally at Cage warriors, Bamma, UCMMA, Made 4 the Cage, On top, Celtic Gladiator and SFC.
