Radisson Rewards is Radisson Hotel Group’s hotel rewards program that offers exclusive benefits to members including member only rates, points towards free night stays, discount on food and beverages and more. Radisson Rewards offers four different membership tiers: club, silver, gold and platinum.

Radisson Rewards members gain access to benefits at all Radisson Hotel Group hotels including Radisson Collection, Radisson Blu, Radisson, Radisson RED, Park Plaza, Park Inn by Radisson and Country Inn & Suites by Radisson.

Radisson Rewards also offers a loyalty program for professional partners such as travel agents, meeting and events planners or travel arrangers called Radisson Rewards for Business.


History and Milestones:

  • January 2005 – Goldpoints Plus launched, merging separate hotel brand loyalty programs [1]
  • May 2011 – Club Carlson replaced Goldpoints Plus with greater global consistency and new earning and redemption options [2]
  • March 2018 – Radisson Rewards replaced Club Carlson in conjunction with the company name change from Carlson Hotels to Radisson Hotel Group.
