Before joining in full-time job, he has done several remotely held technical trainings and concurrently worked as an intern in many IT industries including startups (both service-based and product-based), foundations and in the same flow he worked with few freelancing agencies in several IT roles & system designing domain to gain real-life technical experiences. Rajdeep is founder of TheTechLearner: An educational blog on technology & blog-science and known to be one of the most versatile story-telling technical bloggers from Bengal (Kolkata, India).
In 2017, during his graduation he first started a journey with an idea to create an educational website "WebTex" via a third-party hosting service to provide free web development learning materials by extracting resources from third-party portals at the same platform. It was especially built for school children and beginner level learners. Initially it was running well but within few weeks it didn't come out to be successful and got closed permanently due to lack of traffics.
Starting of blogging[edit]
By the end of 2017, he created his first blog on WordPress and it was his personal blog from where he started getting traction from people by frequently writing blogs & articles mostly on cyber security, dark web, web development & on relevant computer science topics. A lot of bloggers on WordPress with similar niche nominated him for different digital blogging awards including Mystery blogger award, Sunshine blogging award etc.
In 2018, he created his own officially 'branded' blog on WordPress to publish all the technical blogs with the name TheTechLearner and launched in February. This blog was initially focused on sharing cyber-news and trending technical updates but initially it was flopped.
Turning point in blogging[edit]
Situation started changing after few months and TheTechLearner gained massive responses when it launched a special series of blogging-guide named as "How to start a blog[12]" for aspirant bloggers which not only talks about the technical aspects of blogging but also teaching the organic growth hacks in the same coach. This series got clicked so well that within three months it was featured on other blogs, local startup-based monthly published digital magazines and praised as a "Good fresh start" by other bloggers on Twitter with gaining 1M+ views in the next six months, counting all of its official social media handles reach (According to SUMALL data from Twitter, 2018). At this stage, Rajdeep was noticed by some guest blogging communities and came into the spotlight via some third-party social media ad promoting agencies on Twitter and gained publicity as a blogger. While on Quora[11], Rajdeep gained 60K+ views on promoting and backlinking his blogs in 100+ answers he has written to the questions asked by the aspirant bloggers.
In 2019, Rajdeep published a blog "Influence of Technology on Entrepreneurship- How the Entrepreneurs want to change the world?!"[13] which was praised by the blogging communities on Medium[9], DoSplash and most liked on IndiBlogger[1].
In mid of 2019, Rajdeep started another sub-blog under TheTechLearner (Keeping it as parent blog) and named it HackiTalki-WikiWeb which is totally cyber-crime and cyber-security awareness based infosec blog. He has made a strong presence of both of his blogs on social media platforms with massive responses. By the end of 2020, Rajdeep himself and both of his blogs were profiled on Crunchbase[14] public forum with the ranks of popular blogs in India.
In the late 2019, Rajdeep decided to launch TheTechLearner on YouTube as technical channel to start podcasting on technical knowledge sharing and tutorials. The plan was eventually not executed but is still in the stack of ideas for future implementations.
In 2021, Rajdeep created two GitHub Organization profiles[15][16] in the same name of his blogs where people can contribute open-source projects or ideas which was considered to be a great movement.
