Professor Rajesh Kumar Malik (born 1969) is Indian legal education administrator, presently working in Central University of Haryana (CUH) as Head and Dean, school of Law[2] at Mahendragarh, India since 2018.[3] He has been member of the Expert committee constituted by the University Grants Commission (India) for making the Guidelines on Examinations and Academic Calendar for the Universities in India, in view of COVID-19 pandemic and subsequent lockdown.[4] He is founder Dean of School of law[5] and started various courses in Yoga, Sanskrit and tourism management in the Central University of Haryana.[6]
Career[edit]
He started teaching in Kurukshetra University from 2003. He was Coordinator & Head of Legal Aid Clinic. In 2003-2004 joined Maharshi Dayanand University and after that (2004-2018) Law Department, Chaudhary Devi Lal University[7] and on deputation he joined Central University of Haryana. He is member of various academic bodies.[8] He is also proctor of Central University of Haryana.[9][10]
Research[edit]
He completed his Ph.D. in 2007 from Kurukshetra University, Kurukshetra. One major Research Project completed on the topic titled as; “Right to Property and Land Acquisition by HUDA and HSIIDC: A Socio Legal Study of Gurgaon, Panchkula, Sirsa and Kurukshetra Districts of Haryana” allotted by the University Grants Commission (India).[11]

He has written two book on Administrative Law and Law of Services[12] as under:
- Law of Services: Safeguards in Public and Private Employments” published in 2013.
- Administrative Law” published in 2019.
