Dejanel Dejari Carter (born August 24, 1993), known professionally as Rarri True, is an American rapper, singer, and songwriter from Illinois. He released his first album, Sorry I Finessed 2, in January 2018.[1]
He is best known for his song "Young Boss" featuring AAB Pluto,[2][3][4][5][6] which was released in 2019.[7]
Career
Dejanel Dejari Carter was born in Chicago, Illinois. Growing up in Chicago, he attended Miles College and played for the basketball team.[8] In 2017, he gained local attention for his single U & I feat. Mishon.[9] Rarri True released his first mixtape Sorry I Finessed, followed by his first studio album Sorry I Finessed 2, which released in January 2018.[10] In 2019, Rarri True released several projects, which included two studio albums Motivate Society and Scriptures. Followed by two singles Wash The Pain and Young Boss feat. AAB Pluto.[11][12][13][14]
In 2017, Rarri True gained national attention for his controversial relationship with celebrity Blac Chyna.[15][16][17]
