Rauf Kamil Akreyi (Kurdish: ڕەئووف کامل ئاکرەیی; 1951 in Akre - 26 May 1993 in Duhok) was an Iraqi Kurdish politician and Journalist , he was born on 1951 in Akre, Akreyi has bachelor's degree in College of Administration and Economics from University of Mosul in 1977.[1] Rauf Akrayi was the first journalist to be assassinated in Iraqi Kurdistan after the 1991 uprising[2]
