Rayan Rahman is a Bangladeshi-US entrepreneur. He is the founder of Changing Bangladesh Foundation (CBF), established in 2011, a non-profit dedicated to reducing poverty & spread education for the under privileged in rural areas of Bangladesh.[1] Rahman is also the founder of Airposted.com, Bangladesh's first ‘true’ peer-to-peer shipping and logistics platform that aims to change the way people ship, travel and shop by providing affordable, fast, secure and hassle-free shipping.[2]

Early life and education[edit]

Born in Bangladesh, Rahman immigrated to the US and graduated from George Mason University with a Bachelor of Science degree in management.

Career[edit]

Rayan Rahman is a social activist and entrepreneur. His established non-profit organisation Changing Bangladesh Foundation has around 150 volunteers working on awareness programs. Rahman secured $400,000 of investment in 2019 for his venture Airposted.com[3][4] It is a Virginia based startup that turns travelers into couriers.[5][6] The idea came to him when he was studying at George Mason University as a senior.[7]

Awards & honor[edit]

He won the first prize in the Mason Dean's Challenge Award for Airposted.[8]
