Rebecca Faulkenberry is a Bermudian singer and actor who has appeared on Broadway, West End theatre and screen actor with notable performances in Spider-Man: Turn of the Dark, Rock of Ages and The Irishman.[1]

Personal Life[edit]

Faulkenberry was born in Texas, USA and raised in Bermuda. She moved back to the USA to attend the Connecticut boarding school Choate Rosemary Hall and Indiana University before completing a masters at Royal Conservatoire of Scotland.[2]

Career[edit]

Theatre

Faulkenberry made her West End debut in High School Musical in 2008, then going on to star in High School Musical 2 before going on the US tour of the same name[3]. Her Broadway debut[4] followed in 2011 as the female lead, Sherrie, with Rock of Ages following the her role on the national tour.[5] After a nine month stay with the show[6], Faulkenberry left Rock of Ages to join Spider-Man: Turn of the Dark in 2011 as in the lead role Mary-Jane.[7] In 2017 she starred as Nancy in Tim Minchin and Danny Rubin’s Tony-nominated musical Groundhog Day.[8]


Film and Television

Faulkenberry is known for guest stars in Madam Secretary[9], Blue Bloods[10] and Instinct[11]. She appeared as Barbara Hoffa[12] alongside Al Pacino in Martin Scorsese’s The Irishman.[13]
