Early life
Regis was born Regis Andrew Dale on March 11, 1958 in New York City. He is the oldest of four siblings (Mary, James, and Andrew). He grew up in Teaneck, New Jersey and had a black Labrador named Blackie.
Education
Regis has a Master’s in International Finance from Columbia University and a BA, magna cum laude, from Fairleigh Dickinson University in Economics and International Relations.
Professional Life
Regis is the CEO of Harvest Global Investments USA. He has over 25 years’ experience in Asian finance – in banking, broking and asset management.
Before joining Harvest, Regis worked in corporate finance and distressed debt in New York, London and Taipei for Chase Manhattan Bank. In 1993, he established Chase’s Representative Office in Shanghai and served as Chase’s Chief Representative in eastern China.
