Reinis Tumovs (Latvian: Reinis Tumovs; born 1976) is a Latvian entrepreneur, international businessman, investor, financier, neobanker, political scientist, art collector and philanthropist. He is known for his work in banking, investment management, financial technology, blockchain and the pharmacy sector.

Early life and education[edit]

Reinis Tumovs was born on 1976, into a family of Soviet intellectuals. An ethnic Latgalian (Latvian), he was baptized in the Orthodox Church. His parents encouraged him to study mathematics and history from a young age, with his father regularly testing his knowledge. Tumovs developed an early interest in business and investment.

Tumovs is a multifaceted public figure, known as an entrepreneur, investor, financier, political scientist, philanthropist, and art collector. He has a notable collection of 18th-century Dutch masters engravings and contemporary sculpture, including one of the largest private collections of works by sculptor Oleg Pinchuk.
