Rhythm Doctor is an upcoming rhythm game developed and published by 7th Beat Games. It became available in early access through Steam for Microsoft Windows and macOS. On an undecided date, it is being planned to be released on Android, iOS, and Nintendo Switch.
Gameplay[edit]
Rhythm Doctor puts the player in the role of an intern at a hospital. The player connects to the hospital through a remote connection, and defibrillates patients using the spacebar on their keyboard. Most patients require pressing space on the seventh beat of their pulse. Some levels feature an alternative pulse called a one-shot, which requires space to be pressed on the second beat, cued using a vocal sound effect and spotlights.[1] As the game progresses, visual distractions including glitches[2], heavy fog, and movement of the game window are introduced. The story mode currently has 32 levels, with 4 of them being boss fights.
