Ricardo Santos Silva is a Portuguese businessman, technology entrepreneur and philanthropist. Ricardo is the co-founder of Dorae,.[1][2] known as a World Economic Forum 2020 Technology Pioneer, [3] co-founder of the hedge fund Aethel Partners [4][5]and co-founder of Aethel Mining [6](owner of the iron ore mines in Torre de Moncorvo).
