Richard F. Trump

Richard F. Trump was mayor of the American city of Hagerstown, Maryland from May 2005 to February 2006. He was elected after many years of service and experience in the community. Richard Trump is the owner of MMGI Publications, which publishes the Valley Revue, seven real estate magazines, and previous co-publisher of the Hagerstown Magazine. He is a member and past president of the Hagerstown-Washington County Convention and Visitors Bureau. Trump is also a member of the Hagerstown-Washington County Chamber of Commerce, the Greater Hagerstown Committee, the Board of Trustees of the Washington County Free Library, and the City of Hagerstown Board of Zoning Appeals.

On 1 February 2006, Richard Trump sent a letter to the City Council announcing his immediate and unexplained resignation from office.[1] In 2012 he was ordered to repay the town $80,000.[2]
