Right to Peace

Right to Peace is a Bangladeshi youth organization that works to ensure Peace throughout the country.[1]. The organization was initially founded for human rights advocacy; later, it started working on other issues, including research, advocacy, networking, awareness Raising, Humanitarian Support, and youth leadership training[2].

MOTTO: "Freedom From Want, Freedom From Fear[2]"

The priorities of Right to Peace are as below:

  1. Human Rights
  2. Social Justice and Equality
  3. Democracy and Good Governance
  4. Sustainable Development
  5. Tolerance and Social Cohesion[2]

The organization took some successful initiative, which made into the headline. They recently organized a Dengue awareness campaign and later a cloth distribution campaign[3][4]. Right to Peace also organized a peace campaign during Ramadan's holy month[5] and a virtual awareness campaign as an emergency response to COVID-19[6].

The organization is located on 83, Laboratory Road, Dhaka, which is the opposite of Multiplan City Centre in Elephant road[7]
