Rinker Peak[edit]

Rinker Peak (13,783) is a high mountain summit of the Sawatch Range of the Colorado Rockies. Located on the continental divide, the mountain rises above the popular Willis Lake. The mountain is known for its steep, rocky ascents and its type 2 hiking experience. The mountain is located in close proximity to many other notable peaks, including: Mt. Hope, La Plata Peak, the Twin Peaks, Mt. Elbert, Mt. Massive, Mt. Oklahoma, French Mountain, and Casco Peak.[1] Relatively secluded compared to its neighbors, the mountain is rarely traveled, but offers expansive view of the Twin Lakes region.
