Rinosh George is an Indian Singer, who has worked predominantly in the Malayalam entertainment industry.[1]. Born in Kerala and raised in Bengaluru, Rinosh had a passion for music from childhood. He started writing his own songs, composing them, and performed the songs on stage as well. His performing skills on stage concerts caught the eyes of many icons in the Malayalam cinema industry, which led to his debut film in Malayalam Nonsense where he played the lead role[2]
Early life and Career
George started his career as a DJ in 2009. Later he started writing and composing his own music and started performing from 2011 onwards. His debut single was "Believe".[3]
His next single "Azhage"[4] was released in 2012, putting him under the spotlight. This was also a time when Bengaluru was witnessing the rise of rap music. With many rappers experimenting with skillful wordplay on the mic, George's singing skills certainly caught their attention as he sang his first international collaborated track 'Sunrise' with Rapper Ban G Gully from New York and Rapper Shree Sen from Bangladesh. In 2014 he released the singles "Be the change", "Meri Jaan" and "I am a Mallu"[5] [6][7]
George was cast to play the lead in several short films, public service announcements, and television commercials. His presence on screen caught the eye of Malayalam Director MC Jithin, who cast George in a lead role in the movie Nonsense which was released on 12th October 2018. George has also acted in a few of Jithin’s short films such as Chilappol Chilar and Loud Truth.[8]
