Rishabh Jaiswal is an Indian Cinematographer & Fashion Photographer in Bollywood. He is the founding member of Western India Cinematographer's Association WICA. He studied B.Sc. in Animation & Visual Effects from Graphic Era University, Dehradun. After his graduation he completed a diploma in Filmmaking & Fashion Photography from Delhi College of Photography, New Delhi. He also undertook a Cinematography Course from Balaji’s Institute of Creative Excellence, Mumbai. He started his career by assisting Madhu S Rao (Dop) in SuperCops vs Supervillains, an Indian television series aired on Life Ok channel. Later, he assisted various cinematographers in multiple Balaji Telefilm's serials. Post that, he got an opportunity to work as a first assistant cameraman in a Marathi film named Aasood, which was commercially unsuccessful. Rishabh worked as an Associate Cinematographer in Reunion (horror), a Hindi feature film which is under post production. Later on he turned into an Independent Cinematographer and worked as a Director of Photography of many short films, music videos, ad films, corporate videos and documentaries. He is also a freelance fashion photographer and did a lot of shoots for celebrities and models as freelancing, which led him to advertising and publicity campaigns.

Early Life and family

Rishabh Jaiswal was born on 02 February 1992 in Rasra-Ballia (UP). His father, Mr. Rajesh Kumar, is a businessman & social worker. Rishabh has one brother and one sister. He did his schooling at St. Xavier’s school, Dharahara -Ballia and Devasthaly Vidya Peeth, Chilkahar -Ballia, UP. Rishabh’s aspiration towards films grew much during his childhood days. Right from his childhood, Rishabh was interested in fine arts and paintings.

Career

Rishabh joined Delhi College of Photography in New Delhi to pursue a course in Filmmaking and Foundation Photography. He received his diploma in Cinematography from Balaji’s Institute of Creative Excellence, Mumbai. Earlier he had done multiple shoots and also gained experience in wedding shoots, sports events, wildlife, fashion shows & portfolio. Then he started to shoot music videos, short films and ad films and became an independent cinematographer. He has received many certificate awards in Photography.
