River Teifi

The River Teifi (Welsh: Afon Teifi) is one of Wales' largest rivers. It forms most of Ceredigion's southern borders with Carmarthenshire and Pembrokeshire.
It starts at Llyn Teifi in the Elenydd. Settlements along the Teifi include Tregaron, Lampeter, Llanybydder, Llandysul, Newcastle Emlyn and Cardigan (Aberteifi).
The river is 76 miles. Historically it was Anglicised as Tivy.
It has several tributaries including Afon Cych, Afon Ceri, Afon Arad, Afon Cwerchyr, Afon Tyweli, Afon Clettwr, Afon Brefi, Afon Brennig and Afon Fflur.
