Ceredigion

Ceredigion (formerly Cardiganshire) is a county in West Wales. Its history dates back a long time.
It borders Pembrokeshire and Carmarthenshire by the River Teifi, Powys by the Cambrian Mountains, and Gwynedd by the Dyfi estuary.
Ceredigion County Council is based out of the towns of Aberystwyth and Aberaeron, though Cardigan was historically the main town.
Ceredigion has the mountain of Plynlimon, one of the best-known in Wales.
Football club Aberystwyth Town F.C. are based in the county and have lots of history in the Cymru Premier. However no other major teams have existed from the county.
