Roberto Héctor von Specher (b. Allen, June 4, 1951[1], is a recognized writer, researcher, Doctorate and Argentine teacher. He worked at Universidad Nacional de Córdoba and Universidad de La Rioja. He currently resides in the Argentine city of Córdoba[2].
