Roberto Héctor von Specher(b. Allen, 4 june, 1951[1], is a recognized writer, researcher, Doctorate and argentine teacher. He worked at Universidad Nacional de Córdoba and Universidad de La Rioja. He currently resides in the Argentine city of Córdoba[2].
