Roee Eizenman

Roee Eizenman (Hebrew: רועי אייזנמן) (born December 2, 1981) is an Israeli economist and CEO of investment bank Migdal Investment Banking.

Biography[edit]

Eizenman was born in Netanya and grew up in Even Yehuda. He began his service in the IDF after a programming course followed by becoming a course commander for Mamram. After completing an officer's course, he served as the head of a development team in one of the computer units. He began his studies in Business Administration during his military service at the Herzliya Interdisciplinary Center and graduated summa cum laude. During his studies, he served as CEO and Chairman of the IDC Entrepreneurship Club.

Eizenman also holds an MBA from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and serves as a mentor for university students and alumni.

After completing his bachelor's degree studies, he joined Clal Insurance's underwriting company and served as manager of offerings and VP. In 2011 he moved to managed Migdal Investment Banking, controlled by businessman Shlomo Eliahu, and became the leading and active investment bank in Israel. Among other deals he oversaw the selling of Partner from Ilan Ben-Dov to Haim Saban, established the Helios investment fund, accompanied the merger of Ability with a US SPAC, accompanied various energy deals and numerous IPOs on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange as well as NASDAQ and LSE .

Eizenman also serves as a member of the management at Migdal Capital Markets .

Roee Eizenman lives in Tel Aviv, married and has two children.

He is cousin of Oren Eizenman, an Israeli-Canadian former professional ice hockey player and part of Israel national team.
