Roz Bil Khalta ( Arabic: رز بالخلطة) is an Egyptian rice dish consisting of calrose rice that was cooked with various spices along with beef/chicken livers or minced beef , it is usually garnished with fried onions and fried cashew nuts with pine nuts and raisins .
