Rudhramoorthy Cheran is a Tamil poet, journalist and professor at the University of Windsor.[1] His poems have been translated into a number of languages, and have been met with critical acclaim.[according to whom?]

Cheran graduated with a degree in biological sciences from Jaffna University.[2]
