Rush Brush is an American hair-styling registered brand founded in 2015.[1] It is a subsidiary of American magazine Stylish Eve.[2] The company operates its business in the Middle East, the United States and South Africa.
History[edit]
It was founded in 2016 by Ahmed Helmy[3] with the Rush Brush Hair Straightening Brush as the only product.[4] The company now produces multiple hair-related products such as the Steam Straightner, the Hair Curling Wand and the Mini Ionic Brush.[5][6] By the end of 2018, the company's profit grew to over a hundred million.[7]
Controversy[edit]
In May 2017, e-commerce platform Jumia started selling products similar to Rush Brush's, starting copyright infringement issues between two companies.[8]
