Ruslan Mavletdinovich Abdulnasyrov (July 24, 1978, Frunze, Kyrgyz SSR, USSR) is a Russian entrepreneur, owner of the federal network of car dealerships “Autoset.RF”,[1][2][3] President of Tatarstan Car Dealers association,[4][5][6] President of AKBO "Windsurfing and Sailing Federation of the Republic of Tatarstan" (since 2015)[7]
Biography
Ruslan Abdulnasyrov was born on July 24, 1978 in Frunze, Kyrgyzstan.[8] Ruslan Abdulnasyrov grew up in Kyrgyzstan, where his father was sent as a military pilot.[9] In the early 1990s, the family moved to Kazan,[10] and he enrolled at the Faculty of Law of the Kazan Social and Legal Institute (Academy of Social Education since 2004[11]).[9]
