History
SAP launched SAP Data Warehouse Cloud in 2019. This product was first announced and demonstrated at SAPPHIRE NOW (May 2019) as a self-service solution to easily and quickly tie all the customer's business data together and translate it into value for customer-specific line of business.
Initially demonstrated with a beta program following up the Sapphire NOW (2019), SAP Data Warehouse Cloud has been available as of SAP TechEd 2019.
This solution can either be deployed as stand-alone or as an extension to customers’ existing on-premise SAP BW/4HANA solution or SAP HANA software.[2]
