Adventurous Person) is a 1978 Telugu-language action film, produced by K. Vidyasagar under the Tirupati Pictures banner and directed by K. Bapayya.[2][3] It stars N. T. Rama Rao, Vanisri in the lead roles and music composed by K. V. Mahadevan.[4] The film was declared a flop at the box office.
Plot
The film begins with Raghu (N. T. Rama Rao), a valiant son of millionaire Srinivasa Rao (M. Balaiah). As he is a bike racer, he continuously tours and eventually meets a beautiful girl, Radha (Vanisri), with whom he has petty quarrels. Meanwhile, Srinivasa Rao is anxious about his aged father, Rangaiah (Satyanarayana), who runs a fireworks factory for his granddaughter Raji (Chandrakala). Due to Rangaiah’s pampering, Raji is liberated and fascinated by western culture. Currently, Rangaiah aspires to couple Raji with Raghu, though they are unintentional. Simultaneously, Rangaiah's manager, Mohan (Giri Babu), craves to possess Raji and is badly humiliated. So, begrudged, Mohan colludes with a dreadful gangster, Mukherjee (Prabhakar Reddy), and carries out their smuggling activities using Rangaiah’s firecrackers. Incidentally, Radha's father, Pratap Rao (Ramana Murthy), is a CID officer specially appointed to seize these gangs. Unfortunately, he is captured by them, and Radha goes in search of her father, becoming involved with the gang. Eventually, Mohan addicts Raji to drugs and makes her a marionette. At the same time, an exported heroin consignment to Nepal unwittingly reaches the friend of Srinivasa Rao, Vikram Mahendra Meera (Jaggayya). Immediately, Meera informs Srinivasa Rao, who suspects his father and confronts him. Shortly after, he ascertains the truth, so Mohan kills him and falsifies it as an accident. Incredulous, Raghu starts his investigation and travels to Nepal. Knowing this, Mukherjee intrigues to eliminate him through Radha, along with his Nepal agent, Jumra (Kanta Rao). As Raghu lands in Nepal, Radha follows him and reveals her true identity, and they fall in love. Later, through Meera, Raghu discovers the truth, arrests Jumra, and returns. By that time, Pratap Rao also escapes. Finally, Raghu seizes the gang, and Raji commits suicide, eliminating Mohan for ruining her life. The movie ends on a happy note with the marriage of Raghu and Radha.
